The gospel of Jesus Christ is the gospel
of the kingdom of God
Mark 1:1,14-15 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God; 14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15 And saying,  The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
 
The same gospel preached to Abraham
Galatians 3:8-9 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, "In you all the nations (of the earth) shall be blessed." 9 So then they (Jew or Gentile) which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
 
The promise that Abraham’s seed shall rule the earth
Genesis 22:17-18 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed (singular – the Christ) shall possess the gate of his enemies;  18 And in thy seed (singular – the Christ) shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
 
Thy seed, which is Christ
Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one (singular), And to thy seed, which is Christ.
 
1 Corinthians 15:25 For he (Christ) must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.
 
The blessing of Abraham – inheriting the land of promise
Genesis 28:4 And give thee the blessing of Abraham, to thee, and to thy seed with thee; that thou mayest inherit the land wherein thou art a stranger, which God gave unto Abraham. 
 
Galatians 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit (inherit the land of promise) through faith.
 
The gospel made Abraham rejoice
John 8:56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day (“the day of the Lord Zech,” 14:1-4): and he saw it, and was glad.
 
This same gospel was preached to Israel at Kadesh Barnea
Hebrews 4:1-2 Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it. 2 For unto us (Christians) was the gospel preached, as well as unto them (Israel): but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.  
 
The same gospel promise of entering the
land is open to Christian’s
Hebrews 4:9,11 There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.  11 Let us (in the church) labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. 
 
Jesus confirmed the promises made unto the fathers
which also include the Gentiles
Romans 15:8-9 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers: 9 And that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy; as it is written, For this cause I will confess to thee among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name. 
 
By preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God
Luke 4:43 And he (Jesus) said unto them,  I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.
 
He sent forth the twelve to preach the same gospel
Matthew 10:5-7 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as ye go, preach, saying,  The kingdom of heaven is at hand
 
The other seventy preached the same gospel
Luke 10:1,9 After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. 9 And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.
 
Jesus preached the same gospel after His resurrection
Acts 1:2-3 Until the day in which he (Jesus) was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen: 3 To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion [or suffering] by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
 
He commanded His apostles after His resurrection
to preach the same gospel
Mark 16:14-16 Afterward he (Jesus) appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.  15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
 
They were to go all nations teaching them all things
Jesus had commanded them
Matthew 28:16,19-20 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. 19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 "teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
 
Philip preached the same gospel to the Samaritans
Acts 8:12,25 But when they (the Samaritans) believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. 25 And they, when they had testified and preached the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel in many villages of the Samaritans
 
Peter took the same gospel to the Gentiles
Acts 10:34,36-37 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said,…36 You (Gentiles) know the message he sent to the people of Israel, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ (he is Lord of all)— 37  you know what happened throughout Judea, beginning from Galilee after the baptism that John announced:
 
Mark 1:14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God.
 
Acts 15:7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us (the Jews), that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. 9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
 
A gospel that was at one time to the Jews only
Matthew 10:5-7 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as ye go, preach, saying,  The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
 
One gospel unto two different nationalities
Galatians 2:7 On the contrary, when they saw that I (Paul) had been entrusted with the gospel to the uncircumcised, just as Peter to the circumcised.
 
Same gospel preached to the Jew and the Gentile
Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
 
Paul’s gospel of the grace of God is the same
gospel Jesus preached
Acts 20:24-25 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. 25 And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.
 
It was the whole counsel of God
Acts 20:26-27 Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men. 27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.
 
Paul preached the same things that were promised to Israel
Acts 26:6-7 And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God unto our fathers: 7 Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope’s sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews. 
 
At the end of the book Acts Paul’s gospel did not change
Acts 28:20, 23,28, 30-31 For this cause therefore have I called for you (the chief of the Jew’s), to see you, and to speak with you: because that for the hope of Israel I am bound with this chain. 23 And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening. 28 Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it. 30 And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, 31 Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.
 
To say Paul’s gospel was different than Jesus’ and
the twelve is to put him under his own curse
Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
 
Paul was speaking and writing about the kingdom of God
Acts 14:21-22 And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch, 22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
 
Acts 19:8 And he went into the synagogue, and spake boldly for the space of three months, disputing and persuading the things concerning the kingdom of God.
 
Romans 14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
 
1 Corinthians 4:20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
 
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
 
1 Corinthians 15:50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.
 
Galatians 5:21 “…of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”
 
Ephesians 5:5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
 
Colossians 4:11 And Jesus, which is called Justus, who are of the circumcision. These only are my fellowworkers unto the kingdom of God, which have been a comfort unto me.
 
2 Thessalonians 1:5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:
 
The words of the Lord Jesus Christ was
Paul’s doctrinal standard
1 Timothy 6:3 If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
 
Even when Paul turned to the Gentiles his
gospel was the same
Acts 13:44-48 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God (“my gospel,” 2Tim.2:8-9). 45 But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming. 46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God (“my gospel,” 2Tim.2:8-9) should first have been spoken to you (the Jews): but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of age-lasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles. 47 For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth. 48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to age-lasting life believed.
 
Revelation 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the age-lasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.
 
Paul continued to preach the gospel to the Jews
after he turned to the Gentiles
Acts 14:1 And it came to pass in Iconium, that they went both together into the synagogue of the Jews, and so spake, that a great multitude both of the Jews and also of the Greeks believed.
